By accessing or using Veraledgr ("the Service"), a product of A5i Technologies, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation ("A5i", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Veraledgr is a compliance document management platform that allows construction companies and contractors to upload, verify, track, and share compliance documents including certificates of insurance, licenses, OSHA cards, and lien waivers. The Service includes document fingerprinting, blockchain anchor proofs, subcontractor invitation workflows, and automated expiry alerts.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@veraledgr.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
Veraledgr offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription at $99 per month. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact legal@veraledgr.com for refund requests. A5i Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to upload fraudulent, forged, or misrepresented compliance documents; impersonate any person or entity; violate any applicable law or regulation; or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service. A5i Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant A5i Technologies, Inc. a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of documents you upload. A5i Technologies, Inc. does not verify the authenticity of documents uploaded to the platform.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Documents are cryptographically fingerprinted using SHA-256 hashing. Hash values may be anchored to public blockchain networks to create immutable timestamp records. Once anchored, blockchain records cannot be deleted or modified. A5i Technologies, Inc. is not responsible for the availability or continuity of any third-party blockchain network.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. A5i Technologies, Inc. does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The blockchain verification feature is provided as a technical tool and does not constitute legal certification or verification of document authenticity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A5i Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time through the billing settings. A5i Technologies, Inc. may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.
A5i Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
