Veraledgr is a product of A5i Technologies, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation ("A5i", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use Veraledgr ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, and organization name when you create an account. We also collect information about how you use the Service, including documents you upload, projects you create, and actions you take within the platform. Documents uploaded to Veraledgr are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized members of your organization and subcontractors you explicitly invite.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process transactions and send related information; send technical notices and support messages; respond to your comments and questions; and monitor and analyze trends and usage. We use Posthog for analytics to understand how users interact with the Service. This helps us improve the product experience.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including Supabase (database), Amazon Web Services (file storage), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email). These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes of providing their services to us.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Documents uploaded to Veraledgr are cryptographically fingerprinted using SHA-256 hashing and stored in encrypted AWS S3 storage. Access to your data is protected by authentication and row-level security controls.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your information, please contact us at legal@veraledgr.com. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
You have the right to access, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may update your account information at any time through the Service. To request deletion of your data or for any other privacy-related requests, please contact us at legal@veraledgr.com.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on the Service and to improve user experience. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, some portions of the Service may not function properly.
